Body Composition Analysis - The In-Body composition scan uses BIA technology to give a deeper understanding of your weight, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water. The scan will provide results on your lean muscle mass and fat percentage in the total body as well as in each segment of the body, and visceral fat analysis, allowing us to help create an effective plan for you.
Anthropometric measurements - physical measurements of the body
Laboratory ordering (or review if done recently) & review - comprehensive analysis including inflammatory & other advanced markers of health
Cardiac risk assessment and Cardiac CT calcium score (as indicated)
Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) as indicated
Medication review, optimization, & deprescribing
includes if on medication for weight loss or if interested in medicines such as tirzepatide or semaglutide how to safely take these medications and improve results in conjunction with lifestyle interventions
Health & wellness coaching - this includes goal setting and regular follow up
Individualized patient plan - this is important as everyone is different. The plan will include specific preventive & lifestyle medicine recommendations on disease prevention, treatment and reversal and incorporate your specific goals for health.

*For comprehensive online visits- InBody scan is not available; provider will ask that you have access to a scale, tape measure, and blood pressure monitor. If in Florida, it is highly recommended that at least the first session is in person.
Note: Currently, insurance is not accepted; HSA/FSAs may be eligible. Superbill is available on request for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Laboratory and medications can be ordered through insurance; coverage is based on your individual plan.
