Registered Nurse, Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, Director of Culinary Medicine
With over 21 years of experience in nursing, I am a passionate Registered Nurse dedicated to empowering individuals to live their healthiest lives. I began my journey in the Emergency Department, where I provided compassionate, high-quality care to patients in critical situations. It was during these years that I developed a deep commitment to educating patients, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
As a board-certified professional with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), I integrate the principles of lifestyle medicine into my practice to prevent and treat chronic diseases through evidence-based approaches. Additionally, I have completed coach training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to better guide individuals on their journey toward sustainable health improvements.
My passion for helping others extends beyond emergency care into lifestyle coaching, where I work to inspire and support individuals in making lasting health changes that can prevent illness, improve well-being, and foster longevity.
