Hypertension and Lifestyle Medicine Series
Join us for our Hypertension and Lifestyle Medicine program- a CDC funded program through American College of Preventive Medicine in collaboration with IMAI Alliance. This is a 1-month lifestyle-focused program (4 virtual classes) designed to help participants learn practical strategies to lower and manage their blood pressure utilizing lifestyle change.
